Inventory Controller – Full Time | NSW Central Coast

We’re on the hunt for a reliable and detail-driven Inventory Controller to support our growing operations. This is a key role ensuring our warehouse, purchasing, and production schedules run smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock levels
Run regular stocktakes and resolve any discrepancies
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth stock flow
Procurement
Source and liaise with suppliers for materials and services
Create purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
Production Scheduling
Plan and adjust production based on demand and stock
Work with the production team to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines
Documentation & Reporting
Keep clear records of stock, orders, and production
Prepare reports on inventory levels and purchasing costs
Assist with data entry and admin tasks
Shipping & Receiving
Manage all inbound and outbound goods
Coordinate with sales and accounts for smooth delivery workflows
Track shipments, book freight, and organize stock placement
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in inventory control, purchasing, or production planning
Background in manufacturing or warehousing
Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping
Effective communication and team collaboration
High-level proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Knowledge of import/export processes a plus
Forklift license is helpful but not essential
