We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated End User Computing (EUC) Desktop Support Consultant. You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end users in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in a full-time desktop support role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10.
* Experience with desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
* Knowledge of Active Directory and network protocols.
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with remote desktop tools and remote troubleshooting.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Customer service-oriented mindset.
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
