About Us Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment. The Opportunity Reporting to the Reman Manager, you will provide end to end Administration support for our Service team. The role will be standard office hours and will be based in our Brisbane Reman Branch in Wacol. The responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Production order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing Opening and closing monthly reoccurring jobs Maintenance of local databases to track WIP Assist with building, plant and tool maintenance Payroll support and time registration entry Purchase order and invoice processing Compile information required for internal & external audits Arranging site inductions, training and maintaining records Assist in other general Service administration tasks To be successful, you will need: Previous experience in a similar Administration support role Excellent data entry skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Hitachi Benefits – What’s in it for you?
