What You'll Be Doing
* Managing the full sales journey for group travel programs — from initial travel conversations through to confirmed travel experiences
* Building long-term relationships with organisations seeking tailored travel solutions
* Designing customised travel programs aligned to client travel goals
* Collaborating with internal travel teams to ensure seamless travel delivery and outstanding client travel experiences
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2+ years' experience within the travel industry (retail travel, corporate travel or group travel)
* A confident communicator who enjoys building valuable travel relationships
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail within a fast-paced travel environment
* A growth mindset and genuine interest in stepping into a business development role within travel
* Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven within a travel sales environment
