The Role:
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in managing all contractual and financial aspects of multiple high-end residential projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
* Tendering, letting, and managing subcontractor and supplier packages
* Preparing and administering head and subcontractor contracts
* Progress claims, variations, and cost reporting
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams
* Ensuring compliance with all contractual and legal obligations
About You:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in high-end residential construction
* Proven experience delivering homes valued up to $15M
* Strong knowledge of contract law, construction programs, and financial reporting
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
