About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a legal secretary. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers and partners, managing diaries, preparing correspondence, drafting and preparing court documents, and communicating with clients, barristers and experts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex diaries and calendars to ensure timely delivery of tasks and deadlines
* Prepare general correspondence, court documents and other legal materials
* Draft and prepare court documents, including summons, complaints and other pleadings
* Communicate effectively with clients, barristers and experts to ensure seamless case management
* Provide administrative support to lawyers and partners, including data entry, document preparation and filing
Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 12 months experience as a commercial or litigation secretary
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
* High level organizational and prioritization abilities
