**About The Role**
We're looking for a Warranty & Service Administration Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll lead the Service Administration team, manage warranty claims, resolve customer issues, and support smooth service operations across the board. You'll be managing a small, dynamic team while also working with other departments to streamline our service processes.
**What You'll Do**:
- Oversee warranty claim processing and ensure everything aligns with company policies and warranty terms.
- Manage and optimise service admin processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure they're resolved quickly and effectively.
- Lead and coach a team of direct reports, including Senior Warranty & Service Administration Officers and Warranty & Service Administration Officers.
- Train the team and service agents on MASON, keeping everyone on top of system updates and procedures.
- Update internal policies, procedures, and forms to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Coordinate urgent repairs, especially for critical services like hospitals and aged-care facilities.
- Provide monthly reports on warranty job statuses to the National Service Manager.
- Ensure all warranty claims and service orders are processed on time and according to the guidelines.
**What You'll Bring**:
- Full Australian working rights are a must.
Tertiary qualifications in business admin (or similar).
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and fostering development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions that improve processes.
- A solid understanding of ACCC regulations and industry compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not essential.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel if needed.
