You'll work in a co-located clinic with Petbarn in a team that values support - we bounce ideas and cases off one another and are proud of our efficient, adaptable and supportive vets! Plus, our nurses are all Cert IV qualified or above, meaning you're surrounded by a capable and passionate team.
We are a close-knit team that would love to welcome a likeminded Part-time Vet Nurse into our clinic!
About Your New Role
* Part-time role undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care
* Performing minor procedures when required
* Maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment
* Handling client enquiries professionally in person, by email and over the phone
The Skills & Experience You Will Bring
* Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent with a minimum 2+ years' of clinical experience
* Experience with Team Based Care highly regarded
* A calm, friendly and positive presence
* An amazing 'can do', hands-on team player attitude
* Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues
