About the Role
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Property Manager to step into a full-time position, managing an existing residential portfolio. The role will focus on high-quality tenant and owner communication, routine inspections, leasing tasks, and coordinating maintenance. With PCRs outsourced and trust accounting handled by the Head of PM, you will be supported to focus on core property management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with property owners, tenants, and contractors
* Conduct routine inspections, tenant vacates, and follow required procedures
* Run viewings, process applications, and complete reference checks
* Sign up new tenants and manage lease renewals and MA updates
* Follow up rent arrears and arrange maintenance requests
* Complete bond disposals and general property management tasks
* Utilise Property Tree, VaultRE, and Inspection Manager systems
Skills and Experience Required
* Current WA Property Manager Registration and up-to-date CPD
* Current drivers licence and police clearance
* Professional presentation, strong communication, and a positive attitude
* Experience using property management software (Property Tree, VaultRE, Inspection Manager or similar)
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Willingness to support leasing and trust accounting functions when required
