Job Description: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with delivering the stores financial targets and company key performance indicators. You will focus on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience, building a team that is empowered to exceed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a meaningful in-store experience
- Assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators
- Support the Manager by ensuring the team has an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen
- Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development
- Adhere to all company behaviors, policies, and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and strong personal style and presentation
- Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
- Experience with stock control and visual merchandising
- Strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
