Melville Toyota is seeking a proactive, organised and experienced Stock Controller to join our team.
This pivotal role ensures the efficient coordination, administration and movement of vehicle stock, supporting the seamless delivery experience our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and processing forward order entry
Liaise with & prepare Pre-Delivery repair orders
Licencing of new car vehicles
Relationship building within the franchise network
Skills and Experience
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
Dealership management system experience
Conscientious and diligent, taking full ownership for tasks & duties with a positive attitude
Excellent communication & relationship building skills and strong computer literacy
Flexible & adaptable with proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
