Job sites are typically in the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore e.g. Manly, Fairlight, Mosman). About The Role Foreman / Site Manager for a $4m luxury duplex build in Freshwater. Looking for somebody to run the project from excavation through to completion. Duplex will include basement, dincel walls and transferred slab. Salary $130,000 and $150,000 plus super. Duties Reading and interpreting architectural plans. Scheduling trades. Ordering materials. Site management of trades and staff. Quality assurance. Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required. Site progress reports. Site inductions, toolbox talks and site WH&S. Skills & Experience Trade qualified carpentry background – Certificate III Carpentry At least 2 years’ experience at Site Foreman level. Demonstrated experience of delivering high-end luxury home builds from start to finish.
