About the role
Allied Pinnacle Pty Limited is seeking a full-time Miller/Trainee Miller to join our team in North Fremantle, Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for manufacturing and a strong commitment to quality. As a Miller/Trainee Miller, you will play a crucial role in the production of our high-quality food products, contributing to the overall success of the company.
What you'll be doing
1. Operate and maintain milling equipment to convert raw materials into finished products
2. Monitor and adjust milling processes to ensure consistent product quality
3. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of milling equipment
4. Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
5. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills
6. Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
What we're looking for
1. Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the food industry
2. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
3. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
