Project Coordinator Role Overview

About the Team
The team is responsible for delivering digital technology and operational services that support and enable the organisation to achieve its strategic outcomes along with enhancing business as usual activities.
* Indigo Build Delivery: A multi-disciplinary team building, refining and deploying modern, secure and agile solutions to re-engineer business processes and replace aging systems with cutting-edge technologies.
* Indigo Testing: Ensuring software and applications meet quality standards through functional and non-functional testing services, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Deployment activities.
* Indigo Systems: Providing technical expertise across multiple disciplines, including architecture, security, Azure cloud, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, enterprise integration, and infrastructure to support agile delivery teams.
About You
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* Demonstrated work experience in project management or business administration roles.
* Ability to manage high volumes of work and competing priorities, delivering high-quality work to agreed standards and timeframes.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority.
* Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills, able to build and maintain strategic relationships and use professional judgment to communicate decisions and manage expectations.
* Able to work autonomously and demonstrate commitment to harmonious teamwork, achieving positive results and supporting organisational direction.
* Proficiency in using IT tools to maintain records and information (e.g. MS Suite, electronic record management system, Azure DevOps).
