About The Project
* Coordinate and lead project teams to meet objectives.
* Coach engineers and technical personnel in completing assigned tasks.
* Manage project schedules and resources efficiently.
* Maintain strong relationships with client personnel.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
* Significant experience in mining and minerals studies and/or projects in EPCM settings.
* Supervising contractors and field personnel highly regarded.
* Previous experience in process plants and mining projects in operations or construction is essential.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
