Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee subdivision projects valued from $5m to $25m.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage project planning, programming, project compliance, and forecasting.
* Coaching and mentoring of relevant staff and performance management.
* Client/stakeholder management.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
* At least 2 years' experience as a Project Manager delivering civil construction projects.
* Subdivision experience is desirable.
* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
