Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research on ICT hardware and software solutions and providing strategic advice to corporate clients on technology adoption and business expansion opportunities.
- Building and maintaining robust business relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the ICT sector, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with potential and existing clients.
- Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, completing contracts, and recording orders in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitoring project delivery and liaising with clients throughout the implementation process to ensure satisfaction, timely completion, and opportunities for repeat business.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product, and technical support, to deliver integrated ICT solutions and support sales initiatives.
- Optimizing sales channels and client engagement strategies across online platforms, corporate sales, and distribution networks to increase revenue and market reach.
- Contributing to the development of promotional campaigns and client engagement plans to maintain the company’s competitive advantage.
- Preparing client account reports, sales forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the computer hardware/software retail industry.
- Experience with corporate clients.
- Sound knowledge about various types of hardware/software and their compatibility.
- A strong passion for achieving sales and targets.
- Strong Communication and presentation skills.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Commitment and desire to achieve excellence.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
