We are looking to expand our Banking & Accounts Department by bringing on an experienced Banking & Admin Assistant.

Who we are looking for:

Banking & Admin Assistant will carry out the day-to-day duties within the Revenue banking & Accounts department, maintaining and controlling all aspects of data entry, documentation and related matters connected to the administration of revenue and accounts upkeep and processing for all managed Clubs/Venues. This may include banking, accounts payable and receivable, assisting in preparing business related financial reporting and general administration tasks.

Can you:

* Demonstrate skills in secure cash handling
* Assist with daily revenue processes
* Reconcile and bank gaming revenue in accordance with the gaming legislation
* Reconcile all till records and bank appropriately
* Record all banking revenues in the appropriate system(s)
* Assist in managing debtor and creditor processes
* Assist in preparation and processing of end of month journals
* Assist in preparation and processing of General Ledger reconciliations
* Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports
* Assist with year-end reporting and audits

Pre-requisites:

* Demonstrated skills and 2 yrs. experience in cash handling in a similar role would be favorable
* Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Knowledge of finance systems, preferably SAP would be favorable
* Proficient computer skills, particularly Excel
* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Ability to time manage
