What You'll Do
As a Retail Team Member, you’ll help keep stores in top shape through effective merchandising, inventory management, stock control, and handling POS transactions and cash reconciliations to ensure shifts end accurately and securely.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and put customers first.
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team environment.
- Maintain high standards of safety and accuracy with attention to detail.
- Be flexible with availability, including weekends and overnight shifts when needed.

Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash accurately.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends.
