We are seeking a skilled and experienced Case Manager/Court Assessment and Prosecutions Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and prosecuting individuals at court, as well as providing evidence-based case management to a caseload of individuals assessed at medium or high risk of reoffending.
This is an ongoing, full-time position based in Bendigo. The role requires a hybrid approach, supporting community safety through case management and advising the courts on individual's court order suitability. Comprehensive training and career development opportunities are available.
The ideal candidate will have experience in effective case management practices, including managing complex risks. They will also possess assertiveness and confidence in dealing with challenging behaviors. A relevant qualification in social work, law, human services, criminal justice, or criminology is desirable.
