We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Estimator with proven T1 & T2 mechanical contractor experience to join a team delivering high-quality fit-out and upgrade projects.
This is a hands-on, senior role where your expertise shapes projects from estimating to delivery. You'll be responsible for leading estimating activities, developing a strong HSEQ culture, and helping the business deliver exceptional quality and value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate and commercially sound estimates for mechanical fit-out and upgrade projects.
* Lead the development and implementation of a fully integrated mechanical service offering.
* Support the growth of a high-performing team and strong service delivery culture.
* Assist in strategically positioning the business to maximise long-term contract opportunities.
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure estimates meet project requirements.
* Contribute to business planning, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
* Trade or Engineering qualification in Mechanical.
* Minimum 5 years in an Estimator role with at least 10 years' contractor-side mechanical experience.
* Extensive experience with T1 & T2 mechanical contractors on projects, maintenance, or engineering works.
* Strong negotiation, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Hands-on understanding of commercial building services markets and competitive landscape.
