Project Commercial Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Commercial Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing supplier claims, calculating quantities of labour, materials and durations, and supporting the assessment of non-conformance.
The role involves working with contract managers to deliver projects that meet cost, schedule, quality and safety requirements. This includes managing commercial aspects of sub-contract accounts from procurement to final account agreement.
The key duties include establishing contractual programmes, forecasting and reporting project commercial performance, and assisting regular progress and contract performance meetings.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery services/construction contracts, a detailed understanding of optimal contracting and pricing routes, and sound commercial skills and acumen.
