How You'll Contribute As Associate Director-General, The Cabinet Office, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-level policy advice and driving Queensland's reform agenda. In this influential leadership position, you will: Provide expert, strategic advice to the Director-General, the Premier and Cabinet on complex policy and legislative reform, ensuring alignment with government priorities and election commitments. Build and strengthen partnerships with government, industry, and community stakeholders to advance reform agendas and deliver innovative, evidence-based policy solutions. Represent Queensland at national forums and whole-of-government committees, influencing critical decisions and negotiating outcomes on significant state and national issues. Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion, while driving continuous improvement and delivering on strategic objectives. What You'll Bring To The Role Extensive leadership experience in policy development and strategy implementation, with a proven ability to foster collaboration and achieve impactful results.
