We are seeking an experienced Student Support Officer to join our team in our Southport office. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and solid experience working within an RTO environment.
You will play a key role in supporting students from enrolment through to completion, while ensuring compliance and high-quality service standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to student enquiries via phone, email and in person
* Support students with work placement coordination and requirements
* Manage specific course enquiries and provide accurate information
* Assist with corporate bookings and group enrolments
* Monitor and manage White Card enrolments across multiple States
* Support enrolments, course changes, and student progression
* Maintain accurate student records in line with RTO compliance requirements
* Liaise with trainers, assessors and internal departments
About You
* Previous experience in an RTO or training organisation (essential)
* Strong understanding of compliance and student support processes
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Professional, reliable, and team focused
