**Applicants will need experience in finalising complex research projects involving the use of qualitative and quantitative research strategies.
Applicants with a working knowledge of SAS (or equivalent) and Excel will be highly regarded.
Knowledge and experience in criminal justice systems and current and emerging issues in sentencing theory and practice.
Demonstrated capacity to build and sustain effective relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders within and external to government.
Proven ability to manage own work program to strict deadlines within a highly pressured work environment, and to manage the work of others.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. In addition, applicants will need the following technical capability:
