About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operator who prides themselves on accuracy, reliability and teamwork. We're looking for a motivated all-rounder to join our fast-paced warehouse in Ormeau.
In this hands-on role, you'll support day-to-day warehouse operations including picking, packing, receiving, dispatching, stock control and general housekeeping. No two days are the same.
This role requires someone physically fit and reliable, with a current forklift license, and the ability to safely perform manual handling tasks (including lifting up to 30kg).
What you'll be doing
* Receive, unpack, and check inbound stock and documentation
* Prepare, document, and Dispatch outbound orders
* Wrap pallets and assist with loading/unloading trucks and containers
* Maintain stock accuracy & assist with stocktakes & cycle counts
* Support the production team when required
* Uphold WH&S, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
What you'll bring
* Minimum 5 years' warehouse experience & Current forklift licence (LF) – essential
* Able to repetitively safety perform manual handling tasks (including lifting up to 30kg)
* Strong attention to detail, good numeracy & record-keeping skills
* Commitment to working safely, following WH&S procedures, including wearing your steel-capped boots
* Positive attitude, teamwork mindset & reliable work ethic
* Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing (desirable)
* Reliable transport to attend work
