We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Stockroom Specialist. This role will be based at our NEW Performance Concept Store opening soon in Westfield Knox, Melbourne.
Job Description
* This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock to floor service to provide a premium consumer experience
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting store operations by providing feedback on required resources to achieve all operational needs and deliver a Premium Stockroom Model
* Representing the brand and company values in an inspiring and impactful way
* Driving compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class concept store experience
Requirements
* Experience in retail leadership or stockroom procedures
* Ability to drive profitability of store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
* Capacity to support store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals
