We have an opportunity for a
**Proposals/Bid Lead** to join our communications team based out of the Wentworth Point office in Sydney.
**Your Position**
Your duties will include;
- Implement a bid program, lead a gated review process including formal meetings, and communicate and manage actions and team input in line with defined timeframes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all team members throughout the EOI/tender phase.
- Write and edit content to a high-quality standard, including conducting interviews / Q&A style discussions to source detailed information.
- Work closely with team members, including estimators, engineers, project managers, partners and senior management.
- Develop frameworks and schedules to guide the bid team, ensuring documentation is completed to lodgement timeframes.
- Work collaboratively with others at all levels across our diverse workforce, and with joint venture partners on major infrastructure projects.
**Your Qualifications**
You will need the following;
- A tertiary qualification in public relations, communications, marketing or similar (highly desirable)
- Minimum 6+ years' experience working in a similar role across the civil construction or related industry.
