As State Boutique Leader, you'll bring that vision to life across every store, every team member, and every customer interaction. As a key member of our Retail Leadership Team, this role is all about leading with purpose - driving results, developing exceptional leaders, and fostering a culture that's vibrant, inclusive, and unmistakably SHEIKE.
A Day in the Life
You'll be the heartbeat of the state, championing people, performance, and operational excellence across Victoria. Leading two Area Boutique Leaders, you'll provide strategic direction, coaching, and support across a large multi-site network.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences across all VIC stores
* Leading, coaching, and developing two Area Boutique Leaders to drive consistent performance and engagement
* Motivating and inspiring teams to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets
* Coaching and developing Boutique Leaders through regular check-ins, reviews, and personalised development plans
* Optimising wage control, productivity, and operational efficiency across the state
* Leading a high-energy, inclusive culture that reflects our SHEIKE values
* Driving succession planning by identifying and nurturing future leaders at all levels
* Supporting store teams with strong commercial insight and visual merchandising execution
* Maintaining clear communication and feedback loops between Head Office, Area Boutique Leaders, and retail team
About You
You're a passionate, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You love bringing out the best in others and lead with authenticity, clarity, and confidence.
You'll bring:
* 3+ years' experience in multi-site retail leadership (State, Regional, or Senior Area level)
* Proven fashion retail experience with strong styling capability
* A track record of delivering results through leaders, process, and culture
* Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills
* A passion for developing talent and leading with purpose
* A current driver's licence and flexibility to travel across Victoria
Your Experience
* Experience leading large multi-store retail networks through Area or Regional Leaders
* Strong capability across sales leadership, talent development, and operational excellence
* Confidence managing performance, wage control, and commercial drivers at scale
* Experience supporting visual merchandising execution and brand standards
* A commitment to fostering inclusive, positive, and high-performing teams
* A genuine love of fashion, styling, and empowering women through confidence
