We are seeking a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join our busy General Practice clinic. This is a key front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important part in delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting patients in a warm and professional manner
* Managing appointment bookings and cancellations
* Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
* Processing patient payments and Medicare claims
* Maintaining accurate patient records
* Supporting doctors and clinical staff with administrative tasks
About You:
* Previous reception or customer service experience (medical experience preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Professional presentation and a caring attitude
