The Role
As Senior Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in the commercial management of multi-residential projects, working closely with project teams to ensure financial control, contractual compliance, and successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing head contracts and subcontractor agreements across multiple projectsPreparing, assessing and negotiating subcontractor scopes, variations and progress claimsMaintaining accurate cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow managementAdministering variations, extensions of time and contractual correspondenceSupporting project managers with procurement strategies and commercial risk managementEnsuring compliance with contract terms, company procedures and project timelines
About You
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within multi-residential or commercial constructionStrong understanding of construction contracts, subcontractor management and cost controlAbility to interpret drawings, specifications and contract documentation with confidenceHighly organised with strong commercial judgement and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with subcontractors, consultants and internal teamsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
