The King David School in Armadale, Victoria, requires an ICT Helpdesk Technician to provide support to staff and students across all campuses.
This is a full-time position commencing as soon as possible
Working within the ICT Department, you will effectively classify, prioritise, resolve or escalate requests with the highest level of service and professionalism.
**Requirements**:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, including administrative functions.
- Working knowledge of OS X and Apple iOS
- Working knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019, VMware, ESXi
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Sufficient understanding of networking, TCP/IP, and wireless infrastructure.
- Attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work with families, children and educators with diverse needs and/or backgrounds in a culturally safe and competent manner
- Knowledge of developing trends in ICT.
- Sufficient understanding of networking, TCP/IP, and wireless infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to take ownership of delivering support to issues from end to end, prioritizing and escalating where required.
- Excellent written and spoken English and good telephone manner.
- Excellent planning and organization strategies. Must have the ability to prioritize work requests to ensure time is utilized effectively.
- Ability to work independently.
- Working With Children Check.
**Requirements**:
The following experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.
- ICT qualification highly desirable.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a school or closely related occupation.
- Experience working with Synergetic Management System.
- Experience working with MSSQL/MySQL.
- Experience working with Google Apps.
- Working knowledge of VMWare ESXi

$76,000 - $86,000
