About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and service and expand our customers base across our Perth & Western Australian territory. The incumbent will have strong Business Development skills with a focus on driving sales.
The incumbent must have previously held a sales position within the window coverings industry for a minimum of 2 years.
In this role your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Building a portfolio of new customers.
* Maintaining and improving business with existing customers.
* As necessary, visiting clients, attending trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.
* Keeping customers informed of all relevant point of sale materials for products in our range.
About the incumbent
You are a self-motivated and committed individual with a passion and drive to achieve the goals set before you.
The skills that you will bring to this role are:
* B2B sales experience within the blinds & awnings industry (highly desirable)
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
* Relationships management skills.
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Customer centric approach and strong attention to detail.
