Main Responsibilities
1. Establish and implement quality standards and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
2. Perform regular inspections of products, processes, and services to identify issues and verify compliance with quality standards.
3. Maintain accurate and organized records of all quality activities, including inspection results, test data, and corrective actions.
4. Conduct tests on products and services to identify any issues and evaluate the results to recommend improvements or modifications.
5. Investigate quality non-conformances as they arise, determine root causes, and work with other departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
6. Educate team members on quality standards, policies, and best practices to ensure they understand the importance of maintaining quality.
7. Regularly review quality documentation to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
8. Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues and ensure standards are met throughout the entire process.
9. Analyse quality data, prepare reports, and present findings to management to drive quality improvements.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in quality management to ensure our standards remain relevant and compliant.
11. Liaise with production teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
12. Contribute to internal and external audits to ensure compliance at all times.
13. Report incidents and near misses promptly to foster a safe working environment.
14. Ensure products meet all industry, safety, and environmental standards.
