We are seeking CHRISTMAS CASUALS to work at our 2 X NEW stores due to open late **** in Eastgardens, Sydney over the Christmas period.
Successful candidates will be starting November **** to ensure adequate training before we commence our bump in and store trade for these highly anticipated locations in the busiest period of the year

Key responsibilities
Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store\'s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
Requirements
To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Working Hours
To be considered for the roles you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends.
