Iconic Procurement Role
This is a long-term opportunity to deliver Supply Chain Management and Procurement Business Analyst activities, including problem solving, financial analysis, data preparation and reconciliation, system testing, business process mapping, training support and document reviews to ensure successful implementation of the ERP program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed business systems analysis, review and prepare business process documents.
* Perform requirements analysis and design, process flow mapping and solution design and validation, current and future state mapping.
* Perform ongoing data cleansing, mapping and migration, and post migration validations.
* Undertake development and review of test scripts, perform testing of the system through various test phases.
* Create test scripts, update test results and monitor defects.
* Support business users during User Acceptance Testing, assist in identifying defects and retests.
* Review and help prepare training material, identifying key data, roles and functional areas.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery.
The candidate should have knowledge in Supply Chain Management and SAP S4/Hana processes in the following areas: supplier management, inventory purchases, services, receipting, purchase order creation, purchase order management, receipting, foreign currency, materials management and sourcing management, Fiori.
