Paspaley Pearls Group seeks an experienced Counsel to join its in-house legal team.
The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support across various business units, including transactional and regulatory matters.
* Providing legal advice on contract, corporate, consumer, property, competition, intellectual property, work health and safety, employment, and environment law.
* Supervising litigation as necessary.
* Maintaining an in-depth understanding of current legislative requirements and relevant changes.
