Role Overview
- Position: Production and Post-Production Specialist – Project-Based Contract, Remote
- Commitment: 30-40 hours/week
- Mission: Contribute creative and technical expertise to shape how AI systems learn from and generate cinematic-quality outputs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multimedia production pipelines for consistency and quality
- Maintain continuity across scenes and sequences for coherence
- Design and refine visual effects to enhance production quality
- Review AI-generated outputs and provide expert evaluation for realism and polish
Requirements / Qualifications
- Must-Have Qualifications :
- 3+ years of professional experience in film, television, or multimedia production
- Proven track record in producing, directing, or post-production supervision
- Expertise with industry-standard production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Nuke)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to continuity and detail
- Ability to collaborate asynchronously while delivering high-quality results independently

- Remote and asynchronous – work on your own schedule
