Job Title: Hybrid Hr Advisor
We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team in Sydney, Australia. This role requires generalist HR support, managing employee lifecycle processes and ensuring compliance with policies.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of HR experience and a solid understanding of Australian employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide generalist HR support across various areas including recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development.
* Manage employee lifecycle processes such as performance management, disciplinary procedures and termination notices.
* Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation by maintaining accurate records of all employees' information along with their personnel files up-to-date always keeping it confidential under strict confidentiality agreement protecting them from discrimination based upon race ethnicity color religion or any other protected category known more appropriately otherwise referred simply 'Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) practices.'
