Civic Shower Screens & Wardrobes is a well-established, family-owned manufacturer and installer of shower screens, wardrobes, mirrors and splashbacks supplying builders across South-East Queensland.
We are seeking an organised and reliable Installation & Defects Coordinator to join our team at our Yatala factory.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule installation jobs with our installation teams
* Communicate with builders and site supervisors regarding installation dates and defects
* Log and coordinate defect and service requests
* Organise installers to attend service / defect jobs
* Track defects through to completion
* Maintain accurate job records in our system
About You
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Able to manage multiple jobs and priorities
* Confident dealing with builders, trades and customers
* Good computer skills and attention to detail
* Experience in construction or building products is an advantage
