Key Responsibilities of the Role:
* Prepare and manage accurate pricing for tenders, re-tenders, client variations, and tailored designs
* Produce and maintain house and land package pricing and post-tender variations
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to obtain costs and tender details
* Review plans, specifications, engineers' details, schedules, and authority requirements for accuracy
* Assist in maintaining a detailed VPB database and flag any pricing discrepancies to the Sales Estimating Team Leader
* Create, update, and maintain display home upgrade pricing within VPB
* Peer review tenders and variations as required
* Ensure timely completion of all estimates in line with project and team targets
What We're Looking For:
* Degree or Certificate IV in Building & Construction Management
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role; exposure to construction sector desirable
* Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and regulations (Building Code)
* Ability to analyse complex information, prioritise tasks, and make evidence-based decisions under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High-level stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
