Now is an incredibly exciting time to join the Perth Children's Hospital Foundation. The Foundation is an iconic West Australian charity with a proud history spanning more than 100 years, and with one single beneficiary, the Perth Children's Hospital, we are dedicated to ensuring our sick children continue to receive the world class healthcare they deserve.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Grants Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Foundation's Fundraising efforts. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a bold vision for children's health in WA, working alongside a dynamic and purpose-driven team.

About the role

The Grants Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Foundation's grants program through strong governance, administration, and stakeholder engagement. You'll help ensure grants processes run smoothly, accurately, and transparently, enabling the Foundation to maximise its impact for children and families across WA.

Working across internal departments and engaging with external stakeholders, you'll support efficient grants administration, effective communication, and the delivery of key milestones. This is a full?time role, with part?time options considered for the right candidate. It's ideal for someone who is detail?oriented, proactive, and motivated by contributing to meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Support effective administration and governance of the Foundation's grants program.

Maintain accurate grants records, systems, and documentation, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Coordinate timely communication, reporting, and milestone tracking with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Contribute to the preparation of committee and leadership materials, updates, and reports.

Assist with stakeholder engagement activities, including donor and grantee communications and events.

Support the operational delivery of the Grants strategy and related projects.

About You

You're an organised, relationship focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated by contributing to meaningful social impact. You bring strong administrative capability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to upholding high-quality governance and stakeholder care.

You'll bring:

At least two years' experience in administration or project coordination, ideally within a grant making or similar program environment.

Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to engage confidently and professionally with diverse stakeholder groups.

Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Power BI.

Experience working with CRM databases and project management tools; not for profit sector experience is highly desirable.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.

Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and structure.
