Wood is recruiting for Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our team at the Ampol Refinery in Brisbane on a permanent basis.

The Role
Location: Lytton Refinery, site based
This role is to provide electrical support for all electrical and instrumentation scope of work across site with the maintenance team.

Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality and consistent electrical and instrument installations in accordance with site and job requirements, standards and procedures
* Ensure scope of works completed in a safe manner ensuring no detrimental impact to personnel, fabric or environment
* Effective fault finding and problem-solving skills
* If required, work necessary hours to complete or meet site and project scope of works.
Qualifications
* 5 + years' experience working within a brownfield environment, preferably in the oil & gas and/or other related industries
* Electrical Trade Certificate
* Certificate III Instrumentation
* Certificate IV Hazardous Areas
* Electrical Mechanical License
* Valid Construction White Card
* Perform rescue from live panel
* Provide CPR.
