The organization seeks an experienced leader in aged or healthcare to fill the newly created role of Clinical Operations Manager. This position will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across residential, community, and independent living services.
Responsibilities:
* Lead clinical governance, quality, risk, maintenance, and community operations
* Ensure safe, person-centred delivery of care, operational efficiency, and compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
* Work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
* Registered nurse (AHPRA) license
* Experience as a leader in aged or healthcare
* Calm, collaborative, and values-driven approach
