Assistant Director-General and Chief Human Resources Officer, Human Resources Strategy
Reporting to the Deputy Director-General, Corporate and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Services, this is a unique opportunity to utilise your senior executive Human Resources experience in a large-scale service delivery environment where your impact is evident.
This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.
About The Role
You will lead and oversee key HR functions aligning them with departmental and governmental priorities, and champion client service excellence.
You will be responsible for leading critical HR portfolios at a pivotal time.
With enterprise bargaining, workforce action and student and staff safety at the forefront, this role is critical to shaping stable, safe and productive learning environments across Queensland.
