We’re now hiring a full-time Retail Shop Operator across our Wollongong locations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Learn key cutting, shoe repair, engraving & watch services
* Manage daily store operations (opening, closing, stock, banking)
* Understand sales targets, KPIs and profit drivers
* Operate the store as if it were your own, with real exposure to the financial performance of the business
* Rotate across locations to build real business experience
