Our school offers a dynamic and supportive environment where learning is valued, diversity is celebrated, and students are encouraged to grow academically, socially, and personally.About The RoleAs the Link and Launch Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Oversee the ongoing delivery of the school-based Link and Launch program and engage with relevant agencies, business and industry partners and training organisations to maximise opportunities and secure pathways for Year 12 completers at risk of not successfully transitioning to work or further study.Establish and maintain effective networks and work collaboratively with universities, training organisations, employers and industry groups to build strong and vibrant links that promote post school pathways for young people in the two years post Year 12 to make a successful transition to education, training or employment.Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.Interested?
