Our organization seeks a seasoned Contract Administrator to lead our Geelong office.
This role plays a critical part in delivering value managed construction solutions, ensuring quality communication with clients and project managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Contract Administration team, project budgeting, and completing procurement and contract management processes.

* Develop and implement effective contract administration strategies.
* Manage and review project budgets, forecasts, and progress claims.
* Undertake due diligence to identify and mitigate risk.
* Ensure contractual adherence and compliance.
* Liaise with stakeholders and team members.
The ideal candidate has at least five years' experience in a similar role within commercial construction, strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to quality outcomes.
