An exciting opportunity is now available for a Webster Packing Packer/Technician to join the team at Ramsay Pharmacy Wishart. This is a full-time position working within our dedicated Webster Packing Hub on Monday to Friday shifts.
This is an entry-level, non-customer-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and takes pride in accuracy and quality.
About The Role
Working under the supervision of a qualified pharmacist, you will play a key role in the safe and accurate preparation of medication packs for our patients. You will work alongside automated packing robots to ensure efficient and precise Webster packing.
Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately preparing Webster-paks in accordance with medication safety protocols
Assisting the pharmacist with dispensing and prescription processing
Packing, labelling and checking medications with exceptional attention to detail
Meeting daily packing deadlines and supporting overall team workflow
Assisting with inventory management, scanning and troubleshooting medication packs
Maintaining compliance with PBS legislative requirements
Adhering to all safety, quality and regulatory standards
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in Webster packing (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to follow structured processes consistently
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A positive attitude with willingness to learn and improve
Certificate II in Community Pharmacy and S2/S3 qualifications (desirable)
You are energetic, reliable, and take pride in contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering safe and high-quality patient care.
Mandatory Requirements
Successful applicants must provide:
Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
A National Police Check conducted within the last 12 months
