About the Role

As an Account Director at Seeker Agency, you'll lead a portfolio of our key client accounts – the senior day‐to‐day partner clients rely on, and the voice inside the agency holding the bar on the work we put in front of them.

We're growing in Sydney, and this is a role for someone with strong client and industry relationships you can bring with you, and the confidence to open new doors. You'll help build Seeker Agency's presence locally, alongside leading the day‐to‐day on your portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you'll look after the strategic and commercial health of every account in your portfolio – from shaping the direction of a relationship over the year ahead, to making sure each individual project lands on time, on brief and on budget. You'll write the Creative Briefs that set our Creative team up to do great work, work closely with Production through delivery, and present strategic and creative thinking to senior clients with clarity.

You'll also play a real part in the team around you. You'll mentor and back our Account Managers and Executives, contribute to the Client Services culture, and get stuck into pitches, proposals and growing the agency. We're looking for someone who knows how to navigate complex, multi‐stakeholder relationships, when to challenge a brief, and how to protect great work all the way through to delivery.

* Lead a portfolio of key Seeker Agency clients as their senior day‐to‐day partner, looking after the strategic, creative and commercial health of every account
* Build trusted, long‐term relationships with senior client stakeholders and add strategic value to their business
* Take care of every project in your portfolio end‐to‐end – on time, on brief and on budget
* Interrogate client briefs, then translate them into sharp Creative Briefs that set our Creatives up to do their best work
* Work closely with Creative and Production from concept through to delivery, protecting the integrity of the idea every step of the way
* Present strategic and creative thinking clearly, defending great work and steering clients toward the strongest outcome
* Be the senior client face on event day – holding the standard, managing escalations, and solving problems before they become ones
* Get stuck into pitches, proposals and tenders – from strategic framing to commercial structure to final presentation
* Look after the commercials across your portfolio – budgets, forecasting, margin tracking, supplier negotiations and reconciliations
* Spot organic growth opportunities within existing clients and new business worth chasing
* Mentor and back the Account Managers and Account Executives around you, supporting growth across Client Services
* Keep things current in Monday.com, SharePoint and our internal templates so the team has full visibility
* Get out from behind the desk – lunches, site visits, coffees – to stay close to your clients' businesses

About You

You'll bring:

* Significant experience (10+ years) in client services within an events, experiential, integrated or creative agency
* An established network in the Sydney market including strong client and industry relationships you can activate from day one
* A proven track record managing complex, multi‐stakeholder accounts and senior client relationships
* Confidence and credibility with executive and C‐suite stakeholders
* Strong commercial acumen across budgets, forecasting, margins and supplier negotiations
* Strategic thinking, sound judgement and the ability to translate business problems into experiential solutions
* Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop more junior client services professionals
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
* A business development mindset, with proven success winning new business and growing existing accounts
* Proficiency with Monday.com (or similar) and standard agency platforms
* A calm, accountable approach in a fast‐paced agency environment
